Heritage crafts for slow living, taught & made in an old Lincolnshire schoolhouse.

WE'RE
Ex-teachers who swapped classrooms for benches, tools, and a slower pace of life in the Lincolnshire countryside… fewer staff meetings, more spines to mend, fleeces to spin, silver to hammer and chicks to feed.
Old School Crafts is our way of keeping heritage skills alive and passing them on. From bookbinding and book repair to spinning, weaving and jewellery making, everything we do comes back to one idea: making things that matter and taking the time to do them properly.

LEARN WITH US

Workshops in bookbinding, spinning and more. Small groups, plenty of help, tea and cake included. Whether you’re a beginner or brushing up on old skills, you’ll leave with something useful and the know-how to do it again.
TREASURE WITH US

Bookbinding and book repair services, plus bespoke commissions. We mend family Bibles, restore well-loved novels, and make heirloom pieces you’ll want to keep. If it’s worth holding on to, we’ll help it last.

No detentions, light reading only, no tests at the end.
